How to read the status
- Open - the regular cash session is live. Continuous matching is taking place.
- Pre-market / After-hours - extended sessions; lower volume, wider spreads.
- Lunch - many Asian exchanges close for a midday break. The order book pauses.
- Closed - outside session hours, on a weekend, or on a recognised holiday.
